The Speech
Advisory Committee meets with the MSHSL to discuss and, if
supported, implement any proposed rule changes, state
tournament, procedure, and policy changes, and/or other issues
that MSCA has recommended.
The committee consists of the following coaches:

Jenn Baese, AA, Lakeville North HS
Cliff Janke, A, Fairmont HS
Each coach on the committee serves for a two-year term.
The following proposals
will be considered by the Advisory Committee meeting on
April 28, 2010.
- Proposal to change the penalty for rules infractions
- Three proposals to change state tournament tabulation
(see Randy Hollands proposals 1,2,and 4)
